Translating science into stories

I’m passionately dedicated to reshaping societal perspectives on fear, adversity, and change by communicating science through stories. Empowering minds and transforming lives is at the heart of my mission. By harnessing the power of diverse platforms — including books, keynotes, podcasts, and apps — I craft and share captivating narratives that illuminate the path to resilience and mental wellness.

CHILDREN'S BOOKS & APP

Teaching kids to embrace fear and stay curious

After transitioning from war reporting to mental health communication, I continued my support for children through books, advocacy, interviews and podcasts. As a mother of two, I also addressed children with the theme of fear and courage in my children’s books ‘Holli, the Hero’ and ‘Never Give Up,’ aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence, resilience and growth mindset in young readers.

I also co-developed an app “Magic Mitten”, which is a digital app blending story-telling and interactive exercises to support war-affected children’s mental health and help them cope with loss, fear, and painful memories.

PUBLIC SPEAKING & TRAININGS

Fostering resilience through impactful messages

Helping people adapt to change and transform fear into courage is at the heart of my work with organizations and communities.

Over the years, I’ve delivered more than 200 talks and keynotes for global companies in Hungary and abroad – including Microsoft, BMW, Audi, Samsung, L’Oréal, ExxonMobil, Telekom, Danone, Richter Gedeon, Roche, PwC, Forbes, Mercedes, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, Tesco, and Auchan – as well as at professional conferences and community events.

I’ve also been invited several times as a guest lecturer at New School University in New York and the New York Film Academy, Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, and UC Berkeley in California. In partnership with organizations such as Forbes Hungary, I have led workshops on fear, resilience, and coping in times of uncertainty.

As a certified Fearless Practitioner, I run workshops on psychological safety using the Fearless Organization Scan, a powerful tool developed from the research of Harvard professor Amy C. Edmondson, helping teams create cultures where people feel safe to speak up, learn, and grow.

WHAT'S NEW?

That question - and everything wrapped up in exploring our identity - is the heart of the Remind bookazine issue I had the honor of fronting.
I am infinitely happy and grateful to have received the Elle Wonder Woman Award! Thank you to everyone who supported me with their vote, and thank you to Elle and the "super-women" who nominated me!
My new book Why Me has just launched with a powerful, interactive community event – an evening that wove together cutting-edge science and deeply personal stories about trauma, growth, and moral resilience.
